A: It is not recommended to use the G2H Pro outside. It is intended for indoor use.

**Q: My camera came with the power cord, but no way to plug it into the wall. Is it supposed to come with a plug-in?**
A: I don't believe the G2H Pro comes with a charging brick.

**Q: mine has ghosting. im probably gonna return. Any quick fixes?**
A: Did you remove the protective fit from the front of the camera before installation?

**Q: Where is the Recording? I use home kit and select record when motion is detected**
A: The recording is the Home app on your iPhone or iPad or on your Mac. You need an Apple TV or iPad in the home for the hub.
