ALTRAMen's Mont Blanc Trail Running Shoe

Light weight. Fairly comfortable. Not the best insoles. Recommend getting after market ones. Took a while to ship, without prime.

It takes a little bit of time to figure out the lacing to get the heel lock right but once you do these are great shoes. Did 11 miles a few times in these and my catamount 2s and I prefer these due to the comfort, slight energy return and wider toe box. Very stable on the trails and the foam is great even going over rocks and roots. The lugs might could be a bit longer but if the terrain is that soft and muddy I just switch to my inov8 ultra 300 Gs.

I use Altras exclusively, I love the fit, comfort and innovation of Altras. The Mont Blanc are the worst in design. The heal cup doesn’t cup the heal. The material doesn’t breathe. So that combination makes for a guarantee of blisters i f your putting any significant distance. Stick with the Lone Peaks.

Excellent product! Arrived new and as expected. Very confy and looks good. Definitely a great buy. Recommended for anyone looking for a confy and good looking running shoes.

Size chart is wrong they're about 2 sizes too big based on their measurements. They don't look as nice as pictured either . They appear kind of boxy and clownish which is disappointing. I ultimately returned these and went with a different style by altra.

I like these shoes a lot of trail running. I’m not a pro runner by any means, but I put in 20-25 miles a week and have put these shoes through the wringer. I just completed a Spartan 10K in them and they did hold up really well, my only complaint is that they don’t lock onto my feet super well. It feels like my feet can slip right out.

I have always been a Keen boot lover, but no more. It became more difficult to get them to fit my feet in a comfortable manner. They also started to give me hip problems when I walked in them. I found a pair of Altra running shoes at the local outdoors retail store, which fit wonderful! So I started researching them and found these online. My feet are happy again! The almost square toe box is just what my feet need and no more hip pain! The sole is very comfy and the vibram tread is great traction. I feel like I’m not even wearing them because they are so light compared to my Keen boots. I’ll be buying more!

I have had several pair of Altras as they fit my feet the best. This is my 2nd pair of Mont Blanc's. The first pair lasted about 8 months of just casual wear. Still serviceable but worn out. This pair lasted 3 weeks before the internals started coming apart.To be fair, Altra's customer service is exceptional and they have provided a warranty voucher. Unfortunately in the styles I would want, none of the attractive colorways are available. Just ugly or weird colors.I may have to move away from Altra as I can't afford $150+ shoes every 3 mos.

Soy una persona de 63 años de edad y mi pie es un poco ancho en el frente y siempre ha sido un problema encontrar el calzado ideal para mí, tengo aproximadamente 15 días con los altra y de verdad que me he sentido mejor que nunca, de hecho hasta me han dado más energía para querer caminar, de hecho acabo de comprar otros pero tipo bota, espero me dén el mismo resultado

They fit bigger then expected

These are my second-favorite Altras (after the Lone Peak 7). Very, very comfortable. Slightly smaller toe box than the Lone Peak 7, fits extremely well with a thinner sock. Cool-looking shoe, too.
