Review: Model ship - At first I was a little leery of this ship model. While I appreciated the minimal packaging, I wasn’t sure the gift was going to be worth it. As we unpacked it, the details that went into the ship were enthusiastically met! I am looking forward to the completed ship build.
Review: Delicate parts and vague instructions. - I’m sure if you’re already into the wooden model building this might be a rather sophomoric review but this was my first build. It was rather simplistic in nature. Not overly detailed but still something to cut my teeth on. It was VERY delicate parts-wise and saying the instructions were overly vague is being overly generous. I struggled through it and added a few additional details of my own. Everything. And I mean ‘everything’ was wooden. Even the cannon. I put those to the side and ordered some nice looking brass colored metal ones at the right scale to replace them. It came out much nicer than I had expected. I am satisfied with the outcome.

### ⭐⭐⭐ Delicate parts and vague instructions.
*by B***S on June 16, 2023*

Not overly detailed but still something to cut my teeth on. It was VERY delicate parts-wise and saying the instructions were overly vague is being overly generous. ### ⭐ Don't Buy This Product
*by L***N on April 15, 2025*

Do not waste your time or money. I have built better kits. This kit has HORRIBLE directions. The quality of the materials is low grade which breaks easily, and you have to try to glue the pieces together. I will not order this brand again and hope others don't waste their money. The amount of frustration that there is when working on this would cause anyone to just throw it away. The maker of this product needs to go back to the drawing board to improve their product.
