What a fun book! I enjoyed the humor and crazy Italian family dynamic. I was captured immediately and felt part of Mona Lisa's adventure from the beginning. The characters were relatable and I felt I knew a few of them personally. The transition from New Jersey to Atlanta was also nice. Robyn did a wonderful job showing that although our accents and landscapes may differ, we all experience a bit of crazy in our life! Loved it and look forward to the next one!

5 stars! This book is filled with fun, wit and humor and I laughed while reading it from cover to cover. Mona Lisa's experiences of moving from the North to the South are spot on. I could also relate to the hysterical Italian American dialogue and dynamics between the sisters, their parents and grandparents. What an enjoyable read! I look forward to reading many more books by this author.

Happiness is having a large, loving, caring, close-knit family in another city.
What a fun read about a crazy Italian family and its "rebel" daughter. Loved all the conversation between the characters. A nice little escape. Spoiler alert---Sometimes father does know best!

LOVED this book!
I LOVED this book! I'm a NYC to Atlanta transplant myself, and I can tell you Mona Lisa's experiences adapting to southern living were totally believable and absolutely hilarious. Great characters, great dialog...I laughed from cover to cover, with a few tears thrown in there too. Can't wait to read more from this talented new author.

A heartwarming tale of lost love and family ties with splashes of Italian family humor and strong characters that are relatable and engaging . I enjoyed reading this in one sitting on a relaxing afternoon .

Mona Lisa is a joy! Weather you are Italian or know some, you will find friends and lots of laughs along the way. I couldn't put it down. I look forward to reading more from this smart witty author. Bravo!
