Fairy Sewing Kit for Kids Ages 5-12 - Beginner Kit, 5 Pre-Cut Felt Dolls

My daughter is 6 and with some help, she was able to learn how to sew! I just started homeschooling and these are great to incorporate into her daily lessons. They were easy to make, super cute and she had fun sewing them! These would be a great gift as well.

I bought this kit to do with my granddaughter. She loved it! The directions were very easy for her to follow and now she has the dolls to remember our project together. The dolls are cute and the quality was good. It was fun!

My 8yo daughter has been wanting to learn how to sew, so we got her this sewing kit for Christmas. She loved it and was so excited to get started! We managed to get 3 done within a couple hours (with breaks, of course). And plan to finish up the last two today. The instructions were clear to follow and explain how to thread a needle, what type of stitches are used, etc. My daughter opted for the running stitch vs the whip stitch which I think was a good choice for little hands. There is plenty of the colored yarn, and I think we’ll have enough of the tan yarn if we’re careful on how much we use. We worked as a team - I held the pieces together and she stitched it all. I can see this being rather difficult for children younger than 8. I’d assume kiddos 9 and older could do this themselves. But doing it together is fairly simple and easy and my daughter really enjoyed doing them. She was so proud to show them to her Grandma yesterday. For beginners, this is a fun, easy set with all the supplies you need! I’d definitely buy again!

Yess If you’re looking for a cute little craft i recommend. Kiddo is 8, and she loved it. Definitely going to have to get more, but instructions were super helpful and she understood easily.

Great project to teach young kids how to sew! My six year old granddaughter was so excited to assemble the fairies! The kit includes high quality thick felt, that is easy to stitch. The included supplies of two plastic needles, two metal needles, embroidery floss and stuffing, makes it easy to get started when opening the box! The finished project is adorable! I will be glad to give these kits as presents.

Got fir my granddaughters, ages 8 & 9. They loved it. Instructions were easy to follow. Only down side was trying to put the two sticky pieces(wings & wands) together. My granddaughter even said, they should have been sent together already. It was difficult for them to put together correctly. Took several attempts.

purchased for 9 year old who really wanted a sewing kit for Christmas. great instructions. exceptional quality. at first I thought it was a little bit expensive but the quality was good, the instructions were good, and the fun she had putting it together was amazing. good value. so fun. these have prepunched holes which is what she needed for getting a start on sewing. now she uses a regular needle and thread and makes fairies out of scraps of felt. I would definitely recommend this for the 7 - 12 year old age group. I have a 7 year old who also made a fairy but had a little bit of difficulty, however, she got the hang of it but is not quite ready for regular needle and thread.
