Mix in a shaker or blender (preferably blender with some ice and a quality collagen supplement). This stuff is clean, low carb, and will absolutely blow your mind. I’m not buying anything else. No, seriously. I’m not buying ANYTHING ELSE. Ever. Everything I need, and a great flavor to boot....just don’t use water IMO.

I have bought isoflex for some time now and this mint chocolate flavor was the cheapest one I could find I was not happy with the product at all ... There's a weird aftertaste that tastes fishy
