Doesn’t upset my stomach
I only gave it a 4 as I haven’t taken it long enough to fairly review. It is easy to swallow and doesn’t upset my stomach.

Good no nightmares works for kids too
We have used many brands of magnesium. This one our family’s favorites. Many times magnesium can cause nightmares especially for children. I use this for myself and my 10 and 8 year old and it helps them sleep but no weird dreams. This is especially helpful for kids/adults with ADHD to relax before bed. Take it 30min-1hour before bedtime for best results.
