This is a nice learning tool for our 3 year old granddaughter for her art lessons, although I would have liked to see more pictures included in the set.

This book is a set of postcards that you can use to introduce your young child to art (paintings). If you are interested in using these postcards the way they are intended, I strongly suggest you consider buying the parent/teacher guide.The pictures are reproduced gorgeously. They are on thick, stiff paper so they are not easily torn or ruined. There are pairs to match, sets to sort, and more.This is a great addition to a classical education.

We found these cards to be a perfect complement to our homeschool art education. While we pay for outside artistic technique lessons, I wanted to learn right along with the children about the great artists. I purchased the companion book, How to Use Childsize Masterpieces ..., and found that the combination provided hands-on fun and learning. The children have developed appreciation for different art styles and eras and are beginning to recognize works of artists in different venues!
