Works great! Easy to take and very effective. UPDATE: So glad I tried these. They work better than what doctor recommends. I see significant improvement. Not used to product living up to description.

I have to take this, but...
I have to take this because my IBS has convinced me to try anything that isn't known to be harmful/risky. However, just know that there is no scientific evidence that it works. In other words, Berberine's effectiveness or ineffectiveness with me is not the same as its average effectiveness or ineffectiveness in a study of 5,000 patients. But as far as I know, that study does not exist.
