Incredibly ridiculous instructions. Not sure I will be able to get it installed. Update. It was installed. It is awesome. The instructions are ridiculous so throw them out and use your head to put it together. The lighting is awesome. I love all the settings.

Installed in multiple rooms. Looks nice and working as expected. We accidentally broke the remote, leaving us handicapped to use that bedroom unit without the phone app. Reached out to the seller, and they were nice to send a replacement entire remote control unit for free. Excellent customer support. Thank you.

The instructions are shady and not the best. Make sure you have a measuring tape handy you'll need it. Over all it looks good and works well for my low ceiling which is the primary reason for getting it. The remote seems to work well with it. So far no issues.

This light is very difficult to assemble. The directions are vague and should be tailored to the market in which they are sold, USA. The plastic to metal threads is almost impossible to align and take too long to tighten to their correct position. The holes immediately next to the metal light base are too close to get a wrench to tighten them. The supplied wrench takes all day to turn each nut to the appropriate tightness. The plastic screw base used to hold the fan in place is threaded counterclockwise instead of clockwise as is the norm here in the USA. The wires that connect the light to the home power source are too short and trying to hold the light up to a few inches within the ceiling make it very difficult to hold while splicing the power wires together. Had to fabricate a system to hold the lamp close enough to the ceiling to reach in and use the wire nuts to connect the power wires. In addition, there was no ground wire. This violates most household safety codes and Amazon should not offer items that do not follow appropriate home electoral codes. The seller on its display on the Amazon website indicates that if there is any problem to contact them. However, there is no way listed to contact them. The black control box that has the black and white wire has no place to affix it to the lamp frame and it keeps separating and the cover continually separates from the box. Cannot get it to work and am considering returning the item

We needed some brighter than current old ceiling fan and from the spec it's bright and flush install was appealing as ceiling was low on that area. They included an instruction but it's NOT friendly. Big rings with sticking out fan motor rod one side and you have you screw in nuts on those from other side means big trouble to assemble. I found that putting it at the corner of table and access from underside for hand tightening works the best for this matter. Hole patterns are confusing but with instruction, it's doable task. The last ring doesn't fit into the hole naturally, so you have to bend in the rods to fit, again doable. Biggest trouble is that, there is NO instruction how to attach this base to the ceiling, especially securely. Typically, all these ceiling fans are bolted into the junction box which is secured to stud. But the base crossbar don't have holes around there. They included four drywall anchor and screws, implying we're supposed to use them on drywall at the end of the crossbar. Spinning motor, where blades are exposed, anchored to the ceiling on top of my head with drywall anchor without any other failsafe mechanism doesn't seem a good idea to me. So I drilled a couple of holes on the crossbar to attach the crossbar to junction box securely, which solved the problem. rest of drywall screws are just to put the flush mount in place rather than load bearing. In a nutshell, unless you're willing to drill a couple of holes in metal and mechanically inclined to, you'd rather avoid this product. In case you're hiring a pro to install, give them a good tip. He would have a lot of swear in his mind while installing it.

Lights Looks good , in the app they advertise the fan is very powerful picture and video shows that cover a huge living room, that’s not true I have a average living room in my apartment you can only feel the breeze 5-6 feet away my sofa is 10-11 feet away I don’t feel anything tiny blades. And THE WORST MANUAL to put it together I have to do this look at the pictures.
