The media could not be loaded. Lower Bass is too good.Upper Bass u will hear if that's there in the content.When u turn on Dolby Atmos Button we get virtual surround sound feel. Mine is a open hall but if u have a closed room then it will be more effective for sure.For me dialogue clarity was of utmost priority which is there in this.But if u want proper surround sound pls go with a proper 5.1 channel. I own Sony BDV E4100 purchased 2016. It's a beast infront of JBL SB190 but for that u must have 300+ sqft Area, Mine is Big hall of 1000 sqft. I went with JBL bcz other hall was 180sqft only, though I fell lack of Real surround sound but hardly Matters. Will get used to it.Proper 5.1 system me main PCM me jyada enjoy karta hun ki isme sare speakers work karte hain aur surround effects k liye volume ko system particula speaker me khud badha deta hai. Agar PCM hata k DolbyDigital+ mode waigra karta hun to proper 5.1 channel ki terah work to karta hai but dialogue undepower hojata hai action scenes me. Ya front surround left right ka music jyada hojata h aur centre speaker underpower feel hota hai.Hope my genuine review helps u to buy system according to ur taste. This was the reason to choose 2.1 DD Atmos soundbar

The sound Quality is top because the balancing is well done between woofer & bar. The Volume is low I mean the bass is low for Tv, it performs well when operates on internet options like YouTube,ott channels. It depends on the type of input.... The build quality is good. JBL is known for its quality and it delivers the quality well. But for bass people go for different options.

The return facility is limited to faulty or defective set. For low quality or less than expected performance there is NO RETURN. So if you buy and then later find not satisfactory, nothing will happen other than your money going to total waste. DO NOT BUY

The media could not be loaded. Bought JBL Cinema SB190 during Great Indian Festival at a great price of Rs.13500/- after credit card discount.Package got delivered the very next day. I didn't open the package and waited for JBL Installation. In case any damage happened during the transit this would be helpful. Just take a video of unboxing by technician. JBL executive came 3rd day after delivery. You have to book for installation which is an easy process. Just contact customer care they will guide you properly. 100 marks for that.Now let's talk about the product. This soundbar and woofer delivers crystal clear sound, music and ear drum shattering bass. This is good for watching movies and video songs on TV. I literally feel bum dancing bass on my bean bag.. Lol.. Later i connected the soundbar to my mobile. Music loudness was 90% to that of TV. So in case if you are planning to buy a product to connect TV/mobile for crystal clear music and heavy bass blindly go for it.The surround effect is 50-60% that of 5.1 channel products. We can't expect more from 2.1 products at budget price. So if u need very good surround effect badly then don't buy this. I don't consider this as con, I expected average surround effect from this product. Remote is working fine. Very accurate. Build quality of the total product is awesome. If you want to wall mount the soundbar, make sure you have good gap between tv-soundbar to avoid echoes. I don't have much gap between tv and tv stand. So I placed the soundbar on table. Purchase this instead of 2.1 mk2..Again I suggest you guys not to install by yourself. If any damage or faulty product received, then it is difficult to replace the item for sure. So kindly wait for 2-3 for JBL executive to install the product.Thanks for reading guys...

Its sound quality is amazing. First I placed the sound bar in my hall connected to TV where I got disappointed very much( size of hall is about 350 sft ) but later I moved it to my bad room with a projector ( size about 150sft.) Now trust me guys the theater experience is guaranteed if your room size is small about 150sft. One have to understand this sound bar is made for cinema and not for music . It has balanced bass and Dolby is excellent. Theatre Experiance guaranteed . I got this at about 7k during sale which is 100% worthy. It even has free installation service . Go for it if your movie lover and using in small sized rooms.
