Sturdy strap that allows you to easily practice with. The only drawback is that it tends to be rather uncomfortable once you load enough weight on. I would prefer a thicker and softer strap. I don't worry about the strength tho.

Hard Nylon...uncomfortable
I don't like this strap. It's made of very hard nylon that really cuts into your hand. Prefer my polyester strap way more. Don't recommend it.
