This product works best in this gel-pod world of dishwasher detergents. Leaves no plastic by-products, doesn't clog my dishwasher filter that can cause flooding when improper removal of grey water occurs. The day this product is discontinued, I will be disposing my dishwasher.

Best dishwasher product I have ever used. I buy it for gifts for friends. Know it's a weird gift, but they love it after they use it. It keeps the filter from building up gunk.

I think they do not leave a film on the dishwasher filter, they are much cleaner! You do have to open a wrapper to use

I use these to help scrub off char on my pans as long as the pan itself is not too oily. For fatty, oily or dishes with egg yolk, I go with Finish Quantum. These are cheap so I sometimes throw one of these into the washer for short wash cycle instead of the detergent compartment for half-load washes.
