Additional Cordless Phone Handset Accessory Compatible with KX-TGF540/570/TG785 Cordless Phone Systems Series - KX-TGFA51B, Black

This is an additional unit in our system. The most you can get in a system is five units and we wanted six. This unit will not operate by itself...it is an additional part of the system. Love the system. It does a lot more than indicted on-line with gobs of options and after you learn that you must precede the option number with a # it is very easy to program. You can store up to 3000 names!

Handset worked great after getting advice from the Panasonic consultant on how to disconnect the old handset (one of six) that wasn't ringing correctly after five years. Clay was very quick, responsive, professional and helpful. Total time on the phone was only a few minutes and everything was operational. The whole set has been very handy.

Easy to program. Sound quality good. Occasionally calls come through as faxes when they are not. Did not have this problem with set they replaced. I have 6 handsets on this base. Lightweight. Reasonably priced. Don’t have to use a phone battery. Can’t do three way calling which I miss. Long battery life.

The Panasonic Additional Cordless Phone Handset worked perfectly with my existing KX-TGF540 phone system. It was extremely easy to set up and integrate into my current setup. The sound quality is clear, and the handset is just as reliable as the main phone. It’s a great addition for anyone looking to expand their cordless phone system with minimal effort. Highly recommend this accessory for seamless compatibility and ease of use.

They work with our phone.

Got the extra portable and charger to use as a second floor unit. It connected to the base unit after a couple tries, which I expected it to do without issue because it is listed as the unit accessory if you want an additional portable phone. The phone looks and performs exactly the same as the one that came with the base unit-except--- the power contacts on the base of the phone are different than the base unit phone so each phone is married to its own charging cradle. Seems kind of strange. I guess it's no big deal since it works but I would have preferred that I not have to keep track of which phone goes where. Also if I lose the base unit phone how do I replace it, since this one won't sit in the base unit charger. As an accessory that seems kind of important.My base unit is the KX-TG3760. It's one of the bluetooth units that will receive cell phone calls if you link it. Both phones, the original and this second phone work with the link to cell, so I'm happy with that. Update: Actually this is not the phone for my unit. I made a mistake ordering because I wanted black instead of the silver that was offered and this unit number was different. In my defense there are so many similar models it is quite confusing when ordering. Again the only difference is the cradle power pin configuration . On the good side it works flawlessly. The sound on these phones is really good, probably the best I've ever had.The link to cell works really well and is a big plus.I had no trouble linking up an older LG smart phone.

A quick delivery and a helpful enclosure make this an easy transition. The additional contact number if needed for additional help is a nice touch. My suggestion is to include following in the informational enclosure: charge fully - go to settings - register phone.

Great looking unit. Frankly, a new one doesn't "look" any better. The flaw, however, was internal. One of the battery springs (where the flat base of the battery is inserted) was totally bent and stretched beyond repair, and I sure tried to fix it! No luck. Had to return the unit for want of a very minor, but obviously key element. In total, a great-looking rebuilt unit, but not quite rebuilt enough, so never got to know if it worked.

Fue muy bueno y de excelente calidad aunque lo devolvi ya que no me funciono para mi teléfono. La verdad lo recomiendo si tienes el necesario para utilizarlo

El producto no fue de mi satisfacción, porque no puedo asociarlo a mi línea telefónica ya que crei que se podía conectar por medio de un cable a la línea para que sirviera de extensión. Pero no fue así.
