My orthotics are taking forever to come in, so I needed a stopgap measure. I have strangely high arches. My left foot was a hot mess due to lack of arch support, to the point where I couldn't wear any of my normal shoes due to swelling and pain. Normal inserts were for the whole foot, so they made whatever shoe even more tight without supporting the arch enough.Thanks to these, my foot it 95% pain free, and the swelling has gone down to the point that I can walk as much as I want, wearing something besides Crocs.The adhesive doesn't last forever, but it's not bad, and I don't think it could be better anyway. If I wanted, I could superglue them in place, but for now they work pretty well just kind of shoved into place.Can't ask for anything more for the price.

Excellent. Supports feet and makes fatter style shoes bearable.

I did not find these helpful to my situation. These are supposed to cushion a high arch, but they are hard (not cushiony at all). When walking or standing, the hardness digs into the foot.
