Boldall Oyster Knife - Set of 2 Rosewood Handle Shucking Knives

Let me start by saying I never review anything, but this is unacceptable. I'm a professional chef and ordered this seeing what looked like decent but not crazy expensive shuckers. When the order come in there was only ONE in the box. Okay whatever. I still had one and it wasn't a crazy price so I wasn't worried about it. Takes a while for me having to use it but when I do, the very first day it sees use the blade cracks and begins to splinter. Photo provided. This isn't a bargain, it's a rip off for a crap product. If you care about your equipment and guests look elsewhere.

Elegant and boxed beautifully. My sister will love these for her birthday. I'm looking at engraving options for them to further personalize.

Confused here not use a Oyster knife w/a sharp edge & bite small/short for shucking.

The knife is too thin it easily bends. I would spend a little extra on a better quality knife than this.

Nice looking, but has weak blade. Would not recommend.
