Because of my cancer, I am totally incontinent. I don’t even know the urine is coming out and because I have a colostomy bag I have to drink a lot of water. This Underware I can put on at 10 o’clock at night and I don’t have to get up the entire night till 7:30 in the morning!! it holds a ton of urine, no leaks and it’s wonderful. You can go somewhere during the day and not have to worry about it. I’ve been gone for four or five hours and not had to change my underwear during the day. I have not had any trouble getting my product from Amazon.

They fit great and if you have an accident, they hold a lot, number one or number two. I’ve looked at the briefs and stores and even bought one and had to throw them away. They were very poorly made. But these briefs are really made well and I can wear one all day long with no problem you’re And sometimes even during the night. If you need a good brief, you really need to try these.

Why did you pick this product vs others?:We had been using the same product for daytime and nighttime bladder control. We would have to change several times during the evening and night. LivDry has allowed us to use one all night until morning. That has significantly changed our sleeping habits and quality of life.

If you are a side sleeper, like I am, there is a possibility that you can have some leakage. The urine tends to not be absorbed by the pad and leaks to the side. The elastic leg bands are not really strong enough and so the urine can leak through there. So with that it is best to use a pad, as an extra saftey measure. The gorilla pads are the best that I have used. They have a non slip backing so they stay in place.Overall though the Liv Dry pads are the best that I have tried, but a bit pricy. The absorbent pad is large and does hold a lot of urine and it is designed to keep you dry. I would recommend these overall. They are very comfortable and I use them during the day also. Very easy to determine which side is the front, as some brands are difficult to determine. Like all diapers don't turn them inside out by mistake.

I'm 5'3" tall, weigh 205 lbs., wear a 3XL short pants. I wear pull-ups 24/7. I first ordered a pack of 10 in Night Protection, 3XL, cost $39.99 ($4.00/ct), to see how they would fit. This is the only brand I wear at night. I also use these during the day, if I have to take a fluid pill. They work well due to the thick pad. The pad itself is approximately 20" long, 6 1/2" wide at top of back & front, and 5" in the crotch. These are also great during the day, if you are an individual who uses pull-ups with thinner pads and has to change often. I rarely have any leakage when wearing these day or night. Like any pull-ups, if you wear them too long they will leak. I do not drink lots of fluid due to fluid retention. They work well for me. They are fairly comfortable and fit snug (not tight). I have been wearing this product for a long time and just noticed that on the back of the package it says these have tear away sides. They have never torn on me and I'm a plus size person. So I decided to try and tear the sides apart. They absolutely DO NOT tear easily. The package gives an expiration date which mine indicated good into 2028. I strongly suggest you use a product that provides a skin barrier during the day if you wear pull-ups 24/7.I now order this same item in 40 ct., 3XL, cost $89.99, ($2.25/ct). Far cheaper to buy 40 count than 10 count! These are fairly expensive but they are worth it. This size is hard to find. Made in USA! Everytime I have ordered this item, they are delivered inside two sturdy cardboard boxes. They are in perfect shape and never damaged in any way.

There is nothing wrong with the product, live dry overnight adult diapers. The problem was with amazon itself. The package came later than promised and not the size I ordered. Even though I usually get large size this time. I changed the order by deleting the large size and putting in extra large. Seems as though someone didn't look closely. Enough or the app wasn't working. at any rate It was a large, expensive order and I am very disappointed.

Being a BBW most of these products are too small. I have been on a search for larger products. These are 5he best ones I have found. They are more absorbing they are less bulky.I don’t understand why product manufacturers do not consider the larger individual

I'm amazed at how well this product works. If you wear the right size, there are no leaks, and the panties are relatively comfortable. I wear the 2XL. My sister wears the XL, and her daughter is amazed, too, at how well they work. I just wish they didn't cost so much!
