I purchased the 22,20,18 with a 14’ closure package came in two days as promised no bad smell or anything and absolutely no shedding which is wonderful

Ordered from this company MANY of times no issues til all my recent 5 orders has been TRASH!!!!!!! I switch my hair up a lot this was my goto in different lengths/styles WITHIN 1 Week this hair has been ruined like idk they changed something up but it’s not good hair anymore I’m dissapointed the shedding matting always being dry closure Lengths are sooo off 18” looks more like a 14” stops right in your cheek way too short for 26” hair hair doesn’t color well at all DONT EVEN ATTEMPT TO GO BLONDE with this hair the color comes out terribly ( I’m a professional)

The items arrived on time (delivery was prompt). Unfortunately the hair quality is extremely poor-frizzy, tangles and sheads like crazy. I've only had this hair in for 5 days and I will be taking it out asap. One hot mess!8/29/18 Update:I was contacted by GEM beauty supply after my first review above posted. They were concerned about my order and most importantly about the negative review on Amazon. According to them, this hair 'is their cheapest quality hair'. They do offer better quality bundles for more money.This hair is poor quality, it matts and sheds and the ends are dry and brittle. HOWEVER, I did experience prompt and polite customer service from GEM and think for their customer service alone, they deserve a seperate rating of four stars!

I am extremely picky when buying hair, I was excited at first because they hair was soft wavy and luxurious yet overtime what has happened is each time I go to brush my hair large chunks come out... I have worn we use for a very very long time and the hare easily becomes dry and unmanageable. It is too difficult to take my weave out so I feel like I lost my money on this one. I have only had this hair in for about a week and a half.

I just received this hair but it is beautiful. The frontal is amazing. It is ore plucked. The hair is super soft. No shedding so far. Run fingers right through it. Once i make the wig and figure out if i am going to color it i will updateUpdateNot a fan. Once the hair was washed the curlPattern dropped and the ends are really thin. Frontal is still the best thing about this but other than that if u could i would if returned it.

I loveee this hair!! They give you awig cap or something special for buying the hair in the package I got a cute headband. I got a water wave which ispretty soft and curly definitely light but the tracks was thick! I had hair left over that’s how thick they were. The only thing I didn’t like was that the frontal was to short thought it would be longer but other then that definitely buying again I wouldn’t mind being there spoke person/ or someone to try they hair out ! I made a frontal wig check out the pics

The hair I received was not as advertised. Lots of shedding and the closure was no more than 8 inches with a different tecture than the weave bundle. I will not purchase from this vendor again.

I wish I could give this hair 0 stars. I bought this hair to dye and wear on my birthday weekend to a 4 day festival. On the first night it rained and my hair got wet and when I got home... absolutely terrible. The hair basically turned into dreads and I could not get it to look decent. I’m stuck with this weave for the rest of the weekend and I don’t know what to do. DO NOT BUY!!!
