Accidentally came across this flour.Its better than regular maida. Thedough was easy to handle dint absorb much water, still hydrated enough to make perfect pizza.

Amazing
Amazing. Pizza texture, taste and softness with crispy outside was 200 % different than regular maida. I wish price to drop to around 100 per kg to get it regularly for other breads too.
