I ordered this pastry/baking set from Amazon. I chose this because it got such great reviews....since using it, I agree! It's wonderful!Dough doesn't stick to the silicon mat & rolling pin, which is a plus when you're baking! The rolling pin, I might add, is a perfect size!It was a great price, $17.50! Unfortunately, the price has gone up $10.00 since I bought it recently. If you need one...don't hesitate to buy it! I would ask Amazon to honor the $17.50 price.I made fried apple pies using the set, the first time...I was impressed at how easy the dough was to handle....no sticking!

I bought this set for the mat and rolling pin actually. For years, I used a wood rolling pin and floured a cutting board and I do a lot of pie baking... so you can imagine how amazed I was when I rolled out on this mat with such ease. I put it in the fridge for a bit and the pie crusts eased off with no tearing or stretching. The rolling pin itself is so much easier as well, no sticking, easier to clean and I think much more sanitary than wood. Now I have to also say, I did not pay much attention to the bench scraper or silicone brush, but they are absolutely useful and seem to be well made as well. Very pleased with this purchase.

This review is positively meant as constructive feedback. As of 05/15/19, I have not had a chance to use the roller "package" yet (for baking).It seems like really 100% good quality, and I would for now give it 5 stars (on quality).The roller handles are nicely shaped, but it would be extreamly helpful if the handles were 1" longer on each side. I tried the roller on the countertop, and my hands engulfed the handles, and due to the shape.... just seemed a bit awkward (hope it works well though).The lime green color is perfect, it puts a smile on my face.The dough cutter is nice, but had the round part been solid (and not just curved metal), it would definitely have given the feel of much higher quality ("tools" in the kitchen, are a joy when high quality).The mat has a perfect size for rolling out dough, and seems to be a great quality, plus it is so nice it is clear.The packaging of everything is top notch, and this would make a great gift.Recommend this product.

When I read the description I misunderstood the rolling pin size. This is very small. I was hoping it was much bigger, however it comes with a handy mat, pastry brush and scraper. I like it and found it easy to use, and will manage with the smaller size.

I have absolutely no complaints about this kit. It has everything one would want to prepare many baked goods. The rolling pin has a nice weight, comfortable in the hands and non-stick silicone. What is not to like or love about it? The cutter/scraper can be used for many things in the kitchen. It is well built. I have several of these silicone baster brushes. They are great. I wish I could of had this pastry mat and rolling pin many years ago, when I made many, many baked goodies that had to be rolled out and also candies that needed to be rolled. I love it. The quality of it is very good and I think it just may outlast me. I truly love all the items in this kit. I highly recommend it.

Great for making kolacky (a type of Czech pastry). I like the smaller scale of the rolling pin, and the nonstick mat is a great alternative to using flour. ☺ I also like the scraper/cutter, does its job well too and easy to handle. Haven't used the brush yet but like the smaller scale of that too. Everything is very easy to clean, good price, good products, very fast shipping. Highly recommend this kit.

Good products and I like the combo. Didn’t have to spend more on a separate dough matt.Edit: the dough matt broke after using a few times. I didn’t do anything weird.

I was looking for a scraper when I saw this well-priced combination offered on Amazon. I must say that, in addition to the scraper, I have really liked using the non-stick mat. It practically eliminated the need for the scraper, which I now use mostly for cutting dough into smaller pieces. The rolling pin is so small that at first I wasn't sure it would be useful. However, this Thanksgiving I rolled out our pie crusts (on the mat) without needing to use any waxed paper. I was very impressed!
