I have had many kinds of battery packs, but this one has several thoughtful features that I appreciate. First off, the size. Even the smallest external battery packs are still bulky when you consider everything else that must be in my work bag or pockets. I have other 5,000mah battery packs and they are twice the size of this one. It is roughly the size of a roll of quarters, but it is not very heavy. The lanyard is a great. It allows you to attach the battery to a belt loop. You can also attach it to the outside of your bag, so you don’t have to dig for it when you need it. It also has a standard USB built into it, which makes charging it very simple. No need for an extra cable, and you can plug it in at most Starbucks or most any café. There is a USB C port on the back, which charges the battery up quickly. I love having the option of recharging it with two different connections since USB C ports are not completely ubiquitous yet. The kickstand works well for watching movies or facetime. It is metal, so I feel like it is going to hold up a lot better than some of the alternatives that are plastic. I can use it with the phone in portrait or landscape. The lightning connector that is built into the battery has worked with all kinds of cases. Again, this means I do not have to carry another cord around with me. The battery charges quickly. I have timed it a few times, and it can charge my partner’s iPhone 12 pro about 40% in approximately half an hour. It does about the same on my iPhone 14 pro. It like it has enough capacity to completely charge my phone, with a little to spare (I do not usually wait until my phone is dead before I pop it on a charger). It has 4 indicator lights on the top of it to let you know its status. The only thing that would be nice is a screen that shows the percentage remaining in the battery, but for the price and given the other features, I think this device little device is a big win.

Update: this small business has the best customer service. The owner reached out to me right away to offer product support and to replace the faulty chargers. Within days I received the replacements and they are working. I recommend these chargers and love how small and compact they are and do not require cables to charge your phone. Very convenient when you're on the go.I have purchased 3 of these chargers over the past year, one for myself and the other 2 for family members.All 3 worked fairly well in the beginning, however now2 of the 3 chargers are not working and do not charge the handset. When I plug the charger into the phone, it will show it's connected and charging and within seconds it will stop. This is disappointing because I really like the size of the charger and the ease of connecting it without cords.

This is a decent little charger. I like the minty green color. It’s pretty durable, except the leg that it stands with likes to collapse on itself a lot. Nothing I can’t deal with. It’s light weight, and super convenient to have, especially when you’re using your cords to charge other things.

I want to change my review from a 1 to a 5. As you can see below I had issues with the charger. Customer Service reached out to me immediately. They sent me a new charger at no cost to me within a few days. I've been using it since & it works perfectly. I actually love it, don't need any cords to use it with my phone & it has a stand that pulls out which my granddaughters love to use when they visit. Besides upgrading the charger itself to a '5', I would also give Customer Service a '5'. If in the future I need another one or want to buy one as a gift I would recommend this charger & this company!Initially I really liked this charger but now I can't use it at all. When I plug it in, one light goes on but after leaving it to charge overnight, there is still only one light on out of the four. Tried using it & it no longer will charge my phone or iPad. The item is now useless unfortunately.
