Steamed everything that didn’t move as soon as I got it! Really easy to use and lightweight with plenty of little tools for different jobs. Tiles, laminate, carpet, sofa, the shower, sink, taps, toilet-it even steams clothes! Drying time is really quick. Packs away into the box it arrived in for easy storage. Floor cloths are machine washable. My home feels super clean. Highly recommend.

Since breeching l becoming disabled, I've struggled to mop my floors - and all except one room in my flat is wood. I didn't have high expectations of this, as the price seemed to be quite low for what it claimed. It's actually a life changer. It's sturdy and well made, but lightweight enough that I push it around without too much pain. It's stability is a great feature, it'll stand up without falling over when you need a break. It heats up quickly, and doesn't leave the floor wet so there's no risk of me slipping over. It's easy to use as a handheld rather than a full length mop. The accessories are amazing, I've cleaned my entire house this morning. It comes with 10 accessories, including a grout cleaning tool, scrubbing brushes, and a window squeegee. It's flat enough to get under furniture, and the triangle shape of the head means it's easy to get into corners. I did think that thewater tank isn't that big, but I've done 2 rooms on one tank. My only wish is for a headlight, like on a vacuum cleaner, so I can easily see what I'm cleaning in dark areas, and a larger scrubbing brush for large areas like rugs. However, neither of those detract from this product's greatness. This is a brilliant product for a very reasonable price. I would highly recommend it.

We found it easy to assemble, used for first time today, worked really well, floors look really clean, personally I would have liked cord to be a little longer so I could go straight through two rooms.

I’m very happy with this steam cleaner. It is easy to assemble, heats up quickly, and cleans really well. The different attachments make it useful for floors, tiles, windows, and other surfaces around the house. It saves time and leaves everything fresh without needing lots of cleaning products. Great value for money and I would definitely recommend it.

Initially i thought it was wonderful but after 18 months it has issues . Produces no steam out of the mop head, steam comes out of the body and the on off switch becomes so hot. It now leaves puddles of water i have tried to descale and it blew all fuses in the house. Ys it was cheap , so obviously you get what you pay for. Now the price has gone up: sad if it only lasts a year . it has a 2year guarantee only if you register it! Ill now look at a more expensive option , what a shame it was so good initially but i wont risk it again.

Bought this in November 2025 very happy with it and no problems up until today come to do my weekly deep clean and it's not getting hot no steam and left a big puddle of water on my floor They say you get what you pay for Will look at a more expensive reliable one

Attention à la prise qui est uk, il faut un adaptateur si vos prises sont françaises ! Je viens d'essayer pour la première fois sur mon carrelage et je suis ravie : facile à manier, assez d'autonomie d'eau en mettant seulement 175ml, et bien plus efficace que ma serpillière classique notamment sur les tâches que j'aurais dû frotter. Et puis, autres points forts : normalement la chaleur désinfecte le sol, et dans tous les cas, ça sèche très vite ! Je pense que niveau qualité-prix et accesoires, c'est le meilleur disponible actuellement.

It works well, my new cleaning pal. Floor dries in a reasonable time. Good water capacity, I like that the sound changes to alert you that it is empty. The pads are not so good, worn already, stained easily. Wish they sold affordable replacement pads. Still not sure how to use all the parts included as yet. Ok overall.

حلوه وبخارها حلو كثيف مو قليل وتعتبر معقمه للارضيات بس كنت حابه انها تمسح الجدار بس ماتصير لان اذا رفعتها عالجدار البخار يوقف يعني اذا ميلتها كثير بشوف اجرب طريقه ثانيه 🫢فحلوه للارضيات والفرن
