My neighbor purchased the larger model at a home show years ago and I always loved walking into her home and smelling clean fresh air. I love fresh smells and used air fresheners but they have become so pricey. I found this smaller unit on Amazon and it is perfect for my home. I have 3 dogs but you would never know it. I love the smell of fresh clean air in my home! Easy setup, comes with remote.

I purchased a Greentech Air Purifier from Electronic Express, a third party vendor from Amazon. A few days outside the 30 day return policy, the product stopped working. I also purchased the Asurion 3 year extended warranty. I reached out multiple times to Electronic Express to exchange their defective product and resolve this problem. Their response was the purchase is outside their 30 day return policy and there was nothing they could do. I reached out to Amazon and they will not exchange or refund it since I purchased it from a third party vendor. My next option was to provide the invoice receipt information to Greentech, the manufacturer who warranties the product for a year. The only downside to that is I must now pay the $25 return shipping and handling to send to Greentech for repair. After spending over $300 and the product lasted only 35 days, I was disappointed Electronic Express was unwilling to exchange it or give me a 10% discount credit to offset my losses. I don’t expect to purchase a product, especially after spending well over $300 to have it stop working after 35 days. Now I have to spend an additional $25 to pay for the shipping and handling to have it repaired. I’m definitely disappointed Electronic Express at the very least refused to credit me for the return shipping of the product, exchange it or refund since it was only a few days outside their 30 day return policy.

Works great. Big results from a compact unit. Quiet and efficient.

My attic no longer smells like an attic, my basement no longer smells like a basement and I loaned it to a friend who agrees about her house. Its small, basically does not weigh anything and quiet.Im not sure how to clean it and have not yet since Ive only had it 3 months. I also am not sure what life expectancy or maintenance is.

We LOVE this product! I’ve been a believer in GreenTech Environmental’s products for about 6 years now. My little girl has a chronic lung disease (cystic fibrosis) & I honestly believe having this product in my home has improved the air quality which obviously affects her lung function. These heavenly devices take the viruses, bacteria, dust, annoying allergens - all the things I fear, despise & hate to my core & removes them from our air space. It’s a no brainer! If you don’t value everything I just mentioned.... get one so you don’t have to dust your house as much:)

Difficult to find replacement purification plate. Always sold out on Greentech website and too expensive elsewhere.

This doesn't filter well. We purchased two of them and wasn't able to get any help through customer service.
