I've taken these 2 months. I bought them because I'm insulin resistant and diabetis runs in my family. My Dr put me on metformin which has terrible side effects for me so I stopped taking it. I wanted something else that might help.So I noticed that in the past month or so, I can't finish my regular helping of food! Everything I eat, I can only eat half. I simply feel full and stop. This has been great and I wondered if it's age related because I'm 60. I remembered I started these so I'm pretty sure this is why! I'm ordering more because I'm eating appropriate portions now and losing weight!! I'm not being paid to say this. It's just what I noticed and figured out.

Dissatisfied period. A not equal product of the real one. Don't waste your money.

This has done nothing to improve my blood sugar level.

By taking this 1x a day I do not need to check my bs or take shots. But that's just me. Talk to your doctor..

LOL I've only had it 4 days I can feel the difference in the way I feel. I'm looking forward to see if it makes more changes than it already has. If it does what i is promised I will be extremely happy. I feel that this is too early to really give it a rating so I will watch and see and revise my rating in a period of time when it has had a chance to work.

I would have given it a zero if I could. Did nothing to improve my blood sugar levels or my weight.

Do not need diabetic medicine

So far, so good, this has for sure helped bring down my blood sugar, I take on around 9:pm at night to bring it down before I go to bed. All these supplements you never know they effect people differently, but it is always worth a try to see and this one has been doing very well for me. Great product!
