Very comfortable
Very comfortable, it supports my neck very well and brings me surprises when traveling

Great on the plane
I bought these for our trip to Alaska. They wrap all the way around your neck so you can lean your head forward if you want, and still sleep. They attach to the outside of a backpack, etc. and I love the bag they come in to keep them clean.

Great for a long flight but a bit warm
These are well made and worked nicely for a12 hour flight we took last month. My only criticism is that they are a little bit too warm and made us sweaty.

Great product!
Ordered these for myself and my hubby for our trip to Spain. Extremely comfy and slept great on the plane! Highly recommend!

Didn't like
Not as comfortable as I thought it was going to be. It didn't do what it claimed which is to hold your head up comfortably.

Too big for my neck.
Travelled with this on a 7-8 hour trip to Portugal from DC. The pillow did not hold my neck securely without me attempting to make it as tight as possible. Even then, the point to make it smaller on my neck was beyond the intersection of the velcro fastener. Sadly, I ordered 2 and can no longer return the items. A friend ordered one and returned it for a children's size which fit her much better. So I would say for a small to a more petite framed person, you might want to try both the adult and child size to make sure it works the way you want it to! The foldover featue to use as a pillow is nice. Putting it in the bag makes it like a ball, which is a bit awkward to drape on your luggage.
