This jack is awesome. I installed it on our 3500 lb horse trailer and it handles it without any issue. Easy to install, fit perfect, and my wife loves it when I'm not around.

EDIT: I need to apologize and change my rating to five stars ⭐️ . . The issue was not the jack but rather a tripped in-line breaker on the trailer frame. I have never seen one of those dedicated to just the trailer jack, but on my 2023 Minilite, there is one. Jack was fine. Polestar replied and was willing to replace if it was determined the culprit was the actual jack. I’ve used it maybe a dozen times since it was installed at the beginning of June, and it failed today. Completely dead. Tried the inline fuse replacement - no luck. Used the manual crank and got the trailer home. Went to put it away and hopped out, hit the switch and the jack worked. I thought good and went into the trailer to prep it for storage - maybe 10 minutes. Came back out to unhook from the truck, jack is dead again. 400ah of lithium batteries at full charge. Nafa from the jack. Let’s see if Polestar will honor their warranty with a replacement.

Ive had a manual crank on my 12yr old trailer and I have no idea why I’ve waited this long. It took 15mins to physically swap the jacks, and a little more time to have my brother help me connect it to the battery, since he has the right tools. Immediately loved it. I store my trailer at the race track and frequently have to connect/disconnect and it’s now so much easier and faster. 4 stars because I’m only one weekend in so I can’t speak to longevity but I have concerns. The trailer is almost exclusively used in a desert setting and when I was lifting the trailer to reconnect, the motor sounded crunchy, so sand got blown in somehow. I think this will likely degrade the motor faster than it’s meant to last unfortunately. Red wire was about 4’ and black was much shorter at 2’. Pics are during install as I was showing how I thought the wires should be routed to my brother.

Bought this to replace the 3500lb electric jack that came on my 2021 travel trailer. The unit had gotten extremely noisy and was struggling to lift. This unit came well packaged, and the shipping time was short. Installation was easy, and so far, this jack is significantly quieter than what it replaced. Very satisfied so far.

For the price it worked out great!! Great quality for our camper and we had no issues with hooking it up. Definitely recommend!

Purchased for Lance Trailer. Jack stopped working after the second use. The fuse installed is not a common fuse that is found at local stores. I cut their fuse and installed an inline socket with replaceable fuses however they keep blowing. rechecked the ground and power input all normal. Attempted to contact customer service recommended by Amazon, however that information connects to Polestar the car company and not to the company who can help. Google does not provide the correct customer service information. This tongue jack is hot garbage, and it is truly sad that Amazon would sell this junk.

Well, so far, so good. After bending my shaft on another product tongue jack, I decided to go with a 5000# jack rather than the stock 3500# jack. I probably don't actually need that much but this was less expensive than the L******T original. I used one of the mounting bolt holes as a negative ground and wired the positive directly to the battery. Presto! Up and Down action. I could not tell if there was a speed difference in the lifting but it fit very well ( I used the leftover bolts from the first jack to be sure of the threads fitting) I like the bag and emergency lifting wrench that was included too. If there are difficulties with this jack I will amend this review but all looks well so far.

Bought this for our 30ft trailer, dry weight was a little under 7000lbs but tongue weight was below the max weight for this jack. Excellent deal and quicker than the jack it had when we bought it. Quieter too, very happy with it.
