Good product easy to use

I love the phone

I bought this for my husband, he finds it generally good, but struggles with answering it as he has to tap the button twice.

The media could not be loaded. the delivery was fast and arrived 2 days earlier than expected. it came well packaged and no damage to the parcel. in the box it included the phone, a plug, and charger lead. aswell as instructions and a pin to place in your own sim card.when setting up the phone it was a little slow but after a few hours of use it ran a lot smoother. the camera quality is half decent, definately not the worst phone camera ive had, but theres better options out there if youre getting this phone in hopes of a good quality camera.i use my phone a lot to veiw social media, play games, watch youtube, and track my korean learning and its useful for all these things and i would definately reccomend this phone for everyday use.the display quality is pretty impressive in my opinion. its the best ive personally had, but i can imagine the newer models are much better but for this price i am definately not complaining.a fairly priced phone, 'cheap' if you will, that does everything an 800 pound phone can do, just maybe at a slower rate.overall, if this phone broke id have no complaints in re-buying this model again.

I used to use HTC phones. I like android, I hate iPhones and Apple as a general rule. When my last phone was draining its battery every day or so, it was time for a change.First thing to note about this Samsung Galaxy A13, it has an extremely good battery life. I'm not constantly on social media (or at all in fact), don't constantly stream but I do watch videos, listen to music and text often, just to give you an idea of usage. I can get away with charging this phone once every 5 or 6 days.Features are great. I have a number of apps downloaded. It doesn't crash, the software is great, menus are easy to navigate. The screen is a nice size and the camera is very good. You can add extra memory, I added an extra microSD card to augment the phones already very good memory capacity. Cases and screen protectors are easy to find. A very solid smart phone.

This was the best value when I ordered it to replace a damaged one. When I bought the 1st one I had to buy the charger as an extra. This one came complete and a lot cheaper. Highly recommend.

Decent phone but not UK version, this means no Samsung pay/wallet no google Pay No NFC so cannot use diabetes monitoring app.The phone itself is good has1 sd slot and 2 simCamera good quality, qr reading perfectSound quality very good on calls and music using earbuds or built in speakers128 SD card installed no problemThis is 2nd one I have bought 1st came with USB c-c cable no charger(only branded NFC Yes) 2nd USB A-C and charger(victory star NFC NO)Recommend checking with seller 1st if they are sending UK version if NFC is important to you something I should have done
