SmartSign 12 x 10 inch “Welcome - Guest Parking” Yard Sign with 3 foot Stake, 40 mil Aluminum, 3M Laminated Engineer Grade Reflective Material, Green and White, Set of 1

Very nice sign... it has been mounted and facing the sun for serval months, and I do not detect any fading of the color or dulling of the finish. Color seems true enough.

My guests love it because it kindly shows them exactly where to park.

Our guests don’t park in front of our garages now

Solid sign that is easy to see, just the right size for me, and high quality material. Happy customer!

This was very difficult to put together and we bent the point ends trying to get the two parts together. Not sure we ever got it all the way in. The poles are short but that was stated in the description to be fair. In our photo you see it next to the reflector that we had been using prior. It is definitely an upgrade.

Signs are big, pretty, and well made. Not flimsy. Already have mounting holes and easy to put up. They seem to be holding up nicely in the weather. Am very happy with them.

Great value for the money. Holding up well in the elements. It is easy to read and the letters are a nice size. Setup and install could not be easier. I live in florida and so far holding up well in the sun and the rain. No rust or wear. Good performance! Will purchase other signs in the future.

I bought these for our church they quality of these are great. a local company wanted to charge me $40 to make some guest parking signs. Im glad I found these first. over the last month we have had some crazy weather come through and they have held up like a champ. I'm not too big on the color of the sign but the quality trumps over the color.

Exactly what we needed
