have you checked you back garden, shed, garage? if you go to the top of the page and click where it says orders you can look and see if it says it's been delivered or if it's running late. If it says that it's been left "in a safe place" then next to the item you can click "Get Help" and you can type to talk to a customer service. You will get refunded pretty much no questions asked.

It varies, I ordered two (48) and got 3 x 16 packs. Next time I ordered one (24) and got 6 x 4 packs
