The mat itself is really good and functional, perfect thickness, comfortable, providing good grip to the floor and to the body when doing exercises.The only con of this product is the strap that comes with it to carry it around: as the two rings that hold the mat and the strap itself is elastic, when walking with it, the two bands holding the mat extend, and sometimes the mat falls from them, making it not so easy to transport. But apart from this is an excellent mat!

This is a good value mat that is perfectly suitable for day to day yoga and exercise. It is pretty hard wearing and comfortable with nice colouring and thickness.In addition to occasional yoga and exercise use I did attempt to use this mat to engage in a short magic carpet ride, sadly this ended in a collision with a chimney, significant damage to an elderly neighbours roof and four days in hospital (for me).I'm not removing any stars as the instructions specifically say this mat is not magic but I just want to warn other buyers.

Excellent mat.I've gone through allot of mats due to poor quality. But this one is different, the texture is great and non slip. Seems sturdy, time will tell.

Really good mat. I did have a thicker foam mat by the same brand but found it moved about, this one is thiner and a little heavier, better quality, it’s been much better on my wooden floor

Main thing i was looking for was slip resistant, unfortunately after a couple of yoga poses it does become slippery and hands do move around. Apparent from that nice colour and comfortable

I bought this to replace on old one as it got paint on it and I was going to a fitness weekend. It's a great mat, does as it says and is reversible if it curls turn it over
