I've tasted all those things and they do nothing for me, but it was his birthday, so I ordered him some. First, the package came promptly, well packaged and insulated. I did have contact with someone from Frank & Sal's and they were very pleasant, helpful and customer service oriented. (Which is kind of a surprise from a business in New York, lol) I was so excited to present my husband with authentic Italian cannolis on his birthday and he loved them. I ordered the shells too, which were also excellent and quite large. The cream is already in pastry tubes making it easy to deal with, so it wasn't a hassle at all to fill the shells. I did find the cream softer than what I'm used to, but the flavor!!! Delicious. We had cannolis for breakfast and dessert for a couple days, and oh my goodness, it made a cannoli fan out of me.
