Very good product. I definitely notice that it makes me sweat more during my workouts. I usually work out at home and generally have a hard time sweating. This products has definitely changed that. I do feel somewhat more energized during my workouts as well. Worth the money in my opinion. Best flavor personally is the sour kids candy.

I sweat more than I did before after drinking this 30min prior to a workout. I actually feel more focused and energetic during my workouts. Lemon Lime flavor tastes great. Great Pre-workout!!

So, I have been looking for a pre-workout that didn't make me feel jittery or weird all over. I liked the fact that this is stimulant and caffeine free. I would suggest that you do measure because excessive dosage can cause side effects such as overproduction of saliva. Which turned out to be rather unpleasant. Lower your dosage and you should be fine.

This flavor is very overpowering and takes over when adding into smoothies.
