Dock Pro Sleep System – Industry Leading Cooling & Heating Mattress Topper, Automated Temperature Changes: 55-115°F, (Half King (80” L x 38” W))

I am very familiar with this brands sleep systems I have had both the original Chilli pad and the Ooler. First to start with the good, this product really cools the bed unlike the other two it is very effective. Now with the bad the product quality on this $1300 machine is garbage. The first unit I received made a subtle but constant and distinct electrical whine sound all night. The replacement machine does the same. I also measured the noise level and the manufacturer advertises 41 to 47 decibels but it’s trivial to verify and the decibals is actually 70-80.Now on top of all that the second unit I have is constantly leaking all over the floor.

The product itself is awesome. Comfortable, even temperature distribution and very significant cooling. 5 stars and totally worth the price for the device itself.However, the app didn’t work for me or the device didn’t connect to wifi (after the app said it did). Either way, I wouldn’t use the app anyway.I stand by the 5 star rating. I would totally buy it again.

First time rater, long time customer. Tried calling support, left a voicemail - no return call. Tried contacting support via chat, had to leave a message - no return response. Tried DMing their social media team - crickets.The product is decent, except for some design flaws that have yet to be fixed. The sleep when it is working is great. I have had to buy multiple because they just don't last.Buyer beware!

Received my Dock Pro today and excitedly hooked it up, as we are in the middle of a heat wave here. I went though the instructions, put the chillipad on the bed, plugged in the unit and filled it with distilled water. So far so good, I was able to power it up, heard it start to fill up the chilipad and I was able to connect it to my app and to wifi.This is where the problems start. Once I completed setup, I began to slide it under my bed (the recommended location in the instructions). As I did this water began to pool beneath the unit. I immediately unplugged it from the power and the chillipad and took it to the sink to try and figure out where the leak was coming from (perhaps I hadn't seated the hose properly?). I was shocked to see that water was literally leaking out of every hole, crack, and crevice on the bottom of the unit. My best guess was the inner reservoir was compromised somehow and allowing water to leak into the inside of the unit, which needless to say is an extreme fire hazard given all the electrical components inside.What is even more amazing to me is that the Dock Pro seems to have no means of detecting leaks and will blissfully keep running even as water pools beneath (and inside the unit). This is downright careless construction with potentially devastating consequences, and I will never be buying a product from Chili/SleepMe again. I advise anyone looking at this product to look elsewhere as well.

Use caution - company is in turmoil and refusing to respond and address issues with the product. I bought a WE system, and had constant issues with these, including being shipped a defective dock that had bad solder issues. I have the last replacement still sitting here unplugged as it's sucking in air and not moving water - no response from support.Great concept, but we need a company that supports their customers and their products to lead the way, at the moment, it's not sleepme.-- Older reviewLoving this product as I'm always too warm and my partner loves a heated bed. With the two separated areas we can have our preferred temperature.There are minor issues I came across during the first few days, for some reason I had to pull the power for ~30 seconds to get them back online, this could be a software update that didn't handle starting up correctly again. Also after some power outs they go to bluetooth pairing for some time which means they don't jump back onto Wifi. This can be fixed by press and hold Power to go to airplane mode (no network) then again to enable Wifi and they'll connect pretty quick.Once they fix those few software issues, this will be a better product.Product request... heat rises, cold falls, consider a blanket with the water tubes for cooling.....
