Game changer!!!
Aches and pains were improved quickly, within 48 hours. Waking up with stiffness in my joints and general inflammation had begun to settle in and I thought, well this is it, this is what it feels like to age...then I realized, no, I need something to combat the inflammation, and this is it for me. Helped so much and so quickly I've sung its praises to whoever will listen. Good peach flavor, good texture (soft but doesn't stick to teeth), no issues on the digestion. I wish they sold it them in packs of two or a larger quantity.

A friend recommended these to me, so I thought I'd try them. These gummies are soft and squishy and taste good. I take 3 every evening after supper and think of them as my dessert. Since I started taking these gummies, I have noticed less joint pain and overall fewer body aches. I have also read that turmeric and ginger have many health benefits, and my diet is lacking in both. I think these gummies are a good value and work effectively!
