what is the thickness of the blade?

At the spine, it's approximately 3/16th of an inch. It's very well made, heavy, and is my go-to for most all chopping needs...

It is made of High-Carbon steel which is very hard and resistant to abrasion. It is used in cutting tools. It is however not rust proof like stainless steel. So, always dry the knife after use.

Can this be used to cut through bone?

I have used this knife to fairly easily chop off chicken wing tips. It cut through bone (knuckle) without raising the knife off the cutting board.

Can it cut through frozen meat? If so, with a sawing motion, or like a guillotine?

This is a very vague question. Will it chop through a frozen pork chop with one swift blow? Yes. Will it do the same on a frozen roast? No. This knife is super sharp knife and should not have any issues doing what you need it to within reason.
