You never know with off brand sellers and items but this one is a good. I haven't used really heavy weight but so far the pulley is quiet and smooth. Cable and accessories are all good enough quality that I trust them under stress and I believe they will last for a long time. Fast delivery with no issues. I'm happy with it and would recommend it.

I usually don’t buy cheap products but after looking at many other pulleys I realized there isn’t a huge difference in quality between other brands, so I went with this one and coming from a Walmart elastic band door tricep workout thingy, this thing is amazing, felt the pump real fast, So it does the job.

Made me cancel my gym membership. This completed my home gym. Works great and doesn’t take up room. My only thing at first was the swing that I didn’t like. But if you add more weight, it stops. Glad I found this.

If i had to purchase a tricept pushdown machine. It would of cost me $1200 and taken up too much garage space. This attached to my pull up bar and that was it.
