My wife has to go down on her knees a lot and works in a variety of positions. Would these be practical for her type of work?

These work good for me because I do construction. When I'm redoing a floor I am able to glide along much faster than walking on my knees. To be honest they are not light in weight...but they work for me. I use them without having to strap them on. I just kneel on them because I am up and down a lot. I hope this helps you.
