Cool the skin under a running tap until the pain lessens - usually for at least 20 minutes. Your cold tap water is generally at an appropriate temperature for cooling. Pat dry with care. Gently smooth on Bepanthen First Aid. Apply a non-stick dressing if needed to protect the area. Continue to reapply Bepanthen First Aid to provide a moist healing environment. Caring for GRAZED SKIN - Wash your hands first - broken skin can become infected. Wash the wound with clean water if gravel or dirt is present. Pat dry with care. Gently smooth on Bepanthen First Aid. Apply a non-stick dressing strip to the wound. Continue to reapply Bepanthen First Aid to provide a moist healing environment. Awesome stuff
My boyfriend has some of this when his aunt from Germany gave him some. I couldn’t find anything like it in any of my local stores so I decided to order some and it’s some of my favorite cream for wounds and rashes. I didn’t even know this was a thing until she brought some from Germany so I highly recommend people trying it out. It heals wounds and rashes pretty great!

Will not buy again from this seller …
The pictures basically tell my issue. The seal on the product itself was not damaged, so I’m wondering why the packaging is stained. I’ve been using Bepanthen for decades and I don’t mind the product is made in Turkey, however the instructions are in Turkish as well which indicates clearly the product is not supposed to be sold in the US.

Great product!
Discovered this when I discovered my Johnsons First Aid Cream is no longer available. Just need to use a tiny bit and it quickly heals minor wounds. I love it!

Used it for my new tattoo
Read this cream was great for new tattoos. I used it for the first few weeks after getting my first tattoo. It healed perfectly. Also used it on a minor burn that covered a large area on my arm. Healed up nicely and for the most part you can't even tell I had a large burn there.

After Radiation my skin was burned, but this cream healed my skin so good and fast. I am so pleased with the product.

Heals cuts and scrapes quickly.
Bepanthen Plus is a wonderful first aid cream. It helps wounds to heal quickly. It is very soothing on cuts and scratches.
