I got this as a gift to my mom, product features are so unique in the market, it has a special feature like enrich + and also comes with pre set menu.(Batter,Puree, kneading and chutney ) which enables life easier Additionally it has 4 Jars of which special Juicer jar with which we can extract coconut milk, do blending and also make fresh juice that comes with a filter which stops the seeds and waste , second is master chef jar ,goes one step high and does slicing (carrot,cucumber) within few seconds and this is really helpful in making salads, it also does, Chopping , grating ,atta kneading. I even tried meant mincing with this jar and it came out pretty well.

I purchased this Preethi blender, and it has been a nightmare from day one. The blender doesn’t work properly; the lights keep blinking, and it won’t start. Worse, the knob comes off while the blender is running, making it very unsafe. Despite multiple attempts to contact customer service, I received no support or solutions. After a lot of harassment, a technician finally arrived and told us that the motor is malfunctioning. Although he committed to replacing the motor, he refused to replace the blender itself, which is surprising since we haven’t even used it. Repairing electrical equipment like this doesn't last long. This product is poorly made, and the company doesn’t stand behind it. I strongly caution anyone considering this blender to avoid it and choose a more reliable brand instead. Save yourself the hassle and money—this blender is not worth it.

Found electric issue after 9 minths but engineer rectified.

Makes the grinding process effortless. Food processor jar makes the difference for large volume of chopping veggies. One Con is: blades are very sharp and if you are not cautious, you would hurt your fingers. Never seen such sharp blades in any mixer.

Failed within 5 months, they didn't have service centre in all locations, demanding Service Charges of Rs 200 even for within warranty repair call.else asked us to take the mixie to Service Centre which is far away. Quality and Service support both very poor. Totally disappointed 😔

This is just Fab. With such great quality and the feature available in mixer anyone who is using in our family is happy with its performance. Noise level is also good so no on feel pan becoz of that. And its powerful motor providing us faster results as committed
