I'm not sure what the 5 and 7 mean regarding size...I was a 38D before my DMX and I ordered the D/E cup, the largest one you can order and I look way smaller than I did before - which is okay with me...It looks as though I have lost weight...

How quickly do these dry? Ok for swimming?

I’m not sure how fast they dry it seems they would be fine for swimming. The edges are very hard and they were not comfortable
