**Q: What do you use it for? will it be good for cooking friend rice?**
A: You should not cook your friends!

**Q: What’s the difference between this and the regular kikkoman?**
A: Surprised that no one has mentioned that this has half the sodium (470 mg vs 920 mg per tbsp) of regular. Plus, I find it pretty close to regular (their "lite" I find a bit thinner in consistency and flavor)

**Q: Is the the product femented?**
A: http://www.kikkoman.com/soysaucemuseum/making/01.shtmlYes. It's really salty and delicious! Way more so than the American brand, so be careful. I like to cut it with water as I use the bottle to dilute some of the salt.

**Q: Is it a glass or plastic bottle?**
A: They are glass bottles.
