## Questions & Answers

**Q: I’ve heard HOCl shouldn’t be stored in clear bottles. Is that true?**
A: No. This is a common HOCl myth. Clear bottles do not automatically make HOCl unstable. Stability depends on formulation, tested packaging, and storage away from direct sunlight and extreme heat.

**Q: Does it leave a residue on surfaces?**
A: The formula dries without leaving residue on hard, non-porous surfaces, making it practical for daily use on glass, toys, highchairs, phones, tablets, and other frequently touched areas at home.

**Q: How long does it take to disinfect surfaces?**
A: Spray hard, non-porous surfaces until thoroughly wet. Allow 1 minute before air drying or wiping for general disinfection, while SARS-CoV-2 requires a full 2-minute contact time when used as directed.

**Q: Is this suitable for food-contact surfaces?**
A: BRIOTECH Sanitizer Disinfectant is a ready-to-use, no-rinse formula designed for food-contact surfaces in kitchens, restaurants, and food processing facilities when applied as directed each day.

**Q: Is it suitable for homes with children and pets?**
A: BRIOTECH Sanitizer Disinfectant contains no added fragrance or overwhelming fumes and is intended for playrooms, nurseries, pet toys, pet bowls, feeding dishes, and frequently touched hard surfaces.
