Package didn’t look like it had been opened, but it was missing the battery and both containers were empty. Cheap and ineffective.

This thing works shockingly well.

Device is made of very cheap plastic mine unfortunately I couldn’t tell you how it works because I was not able to even get it turned on. Perhaps I’m doing something wrong. The instructions are pretty vague. Yeah, you hold down the button with the symbol for three seconds and it’s supposed to flash and then show you the numbers that you can increase or decrease and mine as you can see from the video did nothing so I will be returning it Even if it didn’t work if it if I could get it to work, I probably would’ve returned it anyway just based on the fact that it’s cheap plastic. It is extremely hard to hold, especially if you’re trying to use it on your back if it had maybe some ridges or grip on it that would make it a little more user-friendly like I said, especially if you’re trying to do it yourself on your back very difficult. I just kind of try to Place it there but like I said couldn’t get it turned on.

HOLISTIC SELF HELP

I ordered this after a friend of mine demonstrated the effectiveness of his on treating trigger points. It doesn't do ANYTHING, even on the highest setting (of level 9), my friend's was quite strong at level 5. The two containers of gel are completely dry and therefore are also useless. I'm really disappointed.

First 10 days was okey and then starts to turn off or stays freeze . When you grab it electricity goes to your hand , definitely doesn’t worth it . DONT WASTE YOUR MONEY
