This is how the chair was delivered to me in a badly damaged box. And also the seat was damaged as you can see in the photo. Personally the chair seat and cushion are poor quality I am unable to comment on the actual frame of the chair as I did not unwrap it. Returned immediately. The 1 star was the seller did communicate with me.

This is the worst online company I have ever had the misfortune to deal with. I placed a simple order of 2 bar stools. The order got lost and I had to chase for weeks on end with poor customer service communication. Eventually only one arrived. Spent weeks chasing for the other one as they didn’t believe I’d only received one. Eventually they sent another one weeks after. When they arrived the quality was poor and the 4 legs wouldn’t sit level on the floor so I asked for a free return and refund. Initially they said I couldn’t prove a default so had to pay for return. After weeks of arguing they conceded. After waiting even longer for a refund they refunded me for one stool but not the other. Spent weeks chasing again and have finally got the last refund today; 1st March. Original order was placed in December last year. Don’t use this company, they are awful! Beware!

Schlechteste Ware …ever…ich habe noch nie so ein schlechtes Produkt gesehen….die Ware kann man garnicht beschreiben…man ist sprachlos , wenn man den Sessel sieht….das Rueckenkissen passt von den Nähten nicht zu den Nähten vom Sitzkissen…es ist um Zentimeter verschoben…das ganze Produkt ist eine Frechheit…Ich würde keinem Interessenten raten zu kaufen..!!!!

Solida, elegante, d’effetto, ha un unico difetto: come si intuisce anche dalla foto, non è la tipica poltrona avvolgente in cui sprofondare, perché rimane piuttosto rigida. Detto questo, sono soddisfattissima perché è l’elemento di design che cercavo per impreziosire l'ambiente i cui l’ho inserita.
