**Q: What makes this filter better than other brands?**
A: I’ve not seen other brands but this one is of very high quality and made in the USA.

**Q: What is the measurement of the holes in this filter?**
A: They are 178 microns.

**Q: How does this compare with the Able Disk Fine filter?**
A: Able seems to be fine while this is a little finer. Over time the holes will get clogged on any mesh. They also Lazer etch their logo on the holes creating a weak area; mine has cracked there as have others. I recommend paper after using metal mesh.

**Q: diameter of filter?**
A: I don’t have it in front of me but it is the exact same diameter as the Aeropress paper filter and the Aeropress filter housing.  I would guess approximately 2”
