Improve your Sleep in a Week!
After taking for one week my HRV has gone up at night as measured by my garmin watch. My sleep score has increased as well. I feel like I wake up less number of times during the night and therefore feel more rested. this is backed up by my watch as well. So bottom line I feel better and the scores support the improvements!

Works Great For Me!
I have issues with back spasms along with a constant feeling of restlessness in my back at night. It drives me crazy. I also have issues with shutting my brain down at night. This product helps just as much as the mild pain killers and muscle relaxers I had been taking before. My only concern is about the quality as the last two bottles I've purchased have had between 4 -6 pill capsules break open inside the bottle. This could be from shipping, but I haven't had this happen with any other supplements that I have taken and this stuff is not cheap. Overall, I do recommend at least trying this product for a couple of months and see how it works for you, I now swear by it, but it can effect everyone differently.

Very hopeful! Seems promising.
I’ve tried lots of different supplements in the hopes of them doing what they say they’ll do. This is one of the only ones I’ve taken that I actually notice a difference. I’ve been taking this for about 3 weeks. I have no idea if it’s helping w my cortisol levels, but I have noticed a subtle difference in my sleep. I take these after I eat dinner and it definitely helps me wind down for the next couple of hours. I also seem to be sleeping through the night without waking up multiple times. I’m hopeful that it’s lowering my cortisol levels.

Suspiciously Perfect Packaging
Bottle came exactly as pictured in the listing — brand new and sealed in the packaging. Honestly, I was a little disappointed… I was hoping for at least one mysterious scratch, a dent, or a note saying “good luck.” But nope. Seller out here ruining my chances of filing a dramatic complaint. 10/10 would buy again..

Each person reacts differently
I talk many vitamins but this one really upset my stomach and made me feel nauseous. It was recommended by my doctor so it is worth giving it a try.
