Semi Permanent Hair Dye (Rock Lobster Red) - Conditioning Red Hair Dye - PPD free & Vegan - Lasts 15-24+ Washes for Streaks and Strands

THIS IS ONLY 2 OZ! I did not realize that when buying this. I bought this in Rock Lobster for my daughter. When it arrived I took one look at the bottle, realized my mistake and threw it in a bathroom drawer for possible use later. She decided she wanted pink hair instead, so we bought Ex Girl in a 5oz bottle. She has light/medium brown hair with blonde highlights that hits slightly below her shoulders. Ex girl covered her hair beautifully with bright pink streaks and a pink tint to her natural hair. The 5oz we bought just barely did her whole head, so no way the 2oz was going to touch it. Lo and behold, 2 weeks after dyeing it pink, she decided again she wants red hair. Well, it says the 2oz is for streaks and strands, so I decided to try to just cover the outside strands with Rock Lobster. Total success. It covered all of her outer strands, highlighted and unhighlighted and she has bright red hair. She looks like Ariel. I was unsure of how it would come out going over the pink, but it is beautiful and bright. It's been a couple of weeks now and doesn't seemed to have faded, the red is holding steady. Her pink I could see fading after about two weeks, but not this red. Not yet. As far as other aspects of the dye itself, it smells amazing, moisturizes and covers well. There was some red dye on her towels after the first and second washes, but nothing too terrible and the towels came out good as new after one wash. No dye on her pillows after sleeping either. It has a very thick consistency, which I personally like. It might be a bit more difficult to spread around because of this, but there was nothing dripped on the floor to clean up.

I love this color and brand! I mixed this with the Good Dye Young - All In This color after bleaching with 30v developer and Clairol BW2 bleach powder and I thought that this was going to bleed everywhere and mess up my bathroom and bedroom. Surprisingly, the color came out to be extremely vibrant and just what I wanted while it rinsed off of all of my surfaces with just water. The only thing I would say to look out for is that the container is very small. Luckily for me, the All In This container came way bigger and I had enough to do the rest of my hair that I didn’t bleach (added developer to the dye). I knew I could trust you, Hayley Williams.

This hair dye comes pre made, and in a resealable tube. Not to mention it actually smells really good. It absolutely got the color I was going for, and will be my new go-to hair dye.

I really like how their red isn’t orangey, it looks amazing. I just wish it lasts a bit longer, I find that I have to re-dye my hair a bit more often than usual with this. I also like the scent, it’s not too overbearing

I wanted rainbow dash hair, and BOY DID THIS DELIVER! bleeding was practically non existent, and the colors are so vibrant! It did however, stain my pillow sheets TvT this made me feel very euphoric, thank you so much for this wonderful dye!

It doesn't last long, smells nice, and the color's okay, but it's not really worth it.
