Garbage
Bought 2 grab bars bronze both bars came a different color. Then when I go to return there garbage there making me pay for return shipping

Shipped USPS and lost
This was the third grab bar I had ordered, the first two arrived fine and the quality was very good. This order was shipped US Postal Service and after approximately 2 weeks it appears to be lost. Shipping anything of value USPS is, in my opinion, a mistake The product is fine but UPS would have been a wiser choice, even if slightly more expensive,Revised 10/6/23, The vendor shipped a replacement that arrived UPS in two days. The USPS shipment remains lost. The product is great and so is the follow-up service.
