Are these good for walking around on a trip? for walking long hrs everyday or will they go bad easily?

No, they are not walkers. They have a very thin rubber sole. More for show. It also depends on how old you are. I am 75 and no longer have fat in my feet and need a good solid sole for walking. But I think for all day walking you would need something more substantial. They are pretty and nice for going out.

Would these shoes stretch a little after wearing a few times?

Mine have definitely stretched a good bit.
