The chair I received fit my need enough to keep even though it arrived with a large scratch on it.
I like that this chair is not wide and bulky but narrow, supporting, and comfortable which fits my small office area. I really enjoy the arm rest they are soft to the elbow, they raise up to clear my area when needed and aline themselves with the chair back rather than others that don't. The price was also a plus. Putting together was fine. I will have to say the only thing I thought could of been better was the packing. Why because a pretty good size hole was in the box on arrival and it was scratched but I didn't want to return it because I really needed the chair and so I just thought to much trouble to do that. So if the box was a thicker then I think it would of made the difference for acratch or no scratch.1-23-2023 update chair is still very useful, great functional, support, and useful for my small craft/office studio.

Nice chair
I love the chair, it is very adjustable and easy to put together. I feel very comfortable leaning back in it as it is well balanced and sturdy. One complaint is the armrests being a bit to firm. Wheels are quiet and roll very smoothly. The addition of a back pillow is nice (i chose not to use it). Back to the armrests, all you need to do is break them in just a tad bit and they feel nice. Great purchase

Screw holes mis-drilled for securing back.
First the pros - it's fairly comfortable for a couple of hours sitting. I don't consider it to be an "all day every day at the desk" chair. It's easy to raise/lower and has a locking handle (push in, pull out) so that you don't accidentally trigger a sudden fall in altitude. The back mesh looks a bit odd at first, but works well and the mesh keeps my back cooler than a solid fabric chair back. It's not as soft as a fabric chair back, tho. The casters roll easily (but not too easily) on a carpeted floor. The arm rests are comfortable and a nice touch. The package includes a couple of spare screws and the hex key necessary for assembly. And, of course, the price point is quite good. Now the bad - the screw holes simply don't line up on the model I received. The back rely's on four screws (3/16" hex screws) to attach to the seat and there's one hole that is a 1/4" inch off. No amount of pulling tugging, prying or swearing will get all four screws in at the same time. I tried for over half an hour to get the fourth screw to line up, making sure that the three already in were not so tight that the fourth was simply unable to move the back enough to start. Nope. The thing is mis-drilled. I elected to go with three bolts rather than send the thing back.If this were an expensive item, or one that would see serious, long term usage, I would have returned it. For my purposes (an hour or two at most on a desktop computer each day) it should suffice. But if you're looking for something that you'll find comfortable and solid for an 8 hour shift 5 days a week, I think this might not be your first choice.YMMVHTHJim

Great chair for a really low price
The lifter on my office chair finally gave out and I got tired of typing uphill so I decided to get a new one. I didn't want to spend a lot of money because my cat likes to climb the back of the chair and sit on my shoulders and he put pinholes in the vinyl on the old chair. I decided to take a chance on this chair, though I was skeptical that it would last very long as it is ridiculously low priced. I love it. It is more comfortable than my last chair; it has a mechanism that "locks" the height of the chair once it is set so that it doesn't put any strain on the lifter, and it is so small and light that I can easily move it out of the way when I have to open storage drawers on my credenza. I am very pleased with this purchase.

Cheap Junk From China (IMPORTANT UPDATE)
UPDATE: I sent this chair back to the company (they provided a return shipping label) and they would not refund my money. I had to get Amazon involved to get a refund.I would not advise purchasing this chair. Although the directions are clear, putting this chair together turned out to be a nightmare since the pre-drilled holes to attach the back to the seat were not positioned correctly. They did not line up and it became a major problem to get this thing put together. Other pre-drilled holes were fine. Also, the allen wrench provided is a touch too small, so EVERY SINGLE TIME we turned it, it came out and went flying out of our hands. Really frustrating.QUALITY:This chair is cheaply made junk from China. Although it is relatively comfortable to sit on, the arms are positioned too low and are not adjustable. They are hard as a rock and so we had to wrap towels around for cushioning. The old adage holds true here: You get what you pay for.

Great price, easy assembly
At this price point it is difficult to find a chair with a back, let alone arm rests! I have had many low price chairs that didn't hold up, but it seems very sturdy and well designed. The seat is comfortable as is the back. Shipping was very quick, and assembly was simple. Recommended if you don't want to spend a lot but still want a chair with actual chair features.

Perfect for short people
It’s not exactly what I was hoping for as far as the material but overall it’s comfortable. It definitely does not have a super cushioned seat but I have a seat cushion I always use so it works. I love the fact that i sit better because most chairs I sit on the edge of the seat. This chair allows me to sit all the way back while I work. (I’m 5’2”). That alone makes it work the purchase.

Very nice chair
It's a desk chair, so I use it to sit at my desk. Feels good on my back, rolls easily, does not tilt front to back, which is disappointing. The arms flip up and out of the way, which is indispensable. Took awhile to put together but not horrible. The seat is fairly thick & seems durable.
